Conference Session Registration


Online registration closes March 26th, 2025, and on-site registration opens April 2nd, 2025.

If you are a conference speaker or volunteer, please email info@fnps.org for the registration link.

Conference registration is required for field trip participation. Each conference session day registration is eligible for a field trip day registration.

If unforeseen circumstances require any field trip to be cancelled or modified before the Conference, FNPS will notify field trip registrants of these changes.

Tickets are non-refundable 30 days before the event and subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Paid tickets are transferrable to another person for use at this event until March 28, 2025; contact info@fnps.org with the subject: Conference Transfer 2025

Rain may occur during field trips and should not prevent trips from occurring. In the case of extreme weather that poses a safety risk, delays may be considered but are not guaranteed. Refunds will NOT be issued due to weather delays/cancellations.

IMPORTANT NOTICES REGARDING FIELD TRIPS:

Please review field trip liability waiver form here. Liability waivers must be submitted prior to field trips.

Field Trip Fact Sheets: In early March 2025, a Field Trip Fact Sheet will be e-mailed to you for each field trip you have registered for. The Field Trip Fact Sheet will provide additional information about the field trip not provided on the registration web site, such as address and GPS coordinates for the field trip start location and driving directions from the Hilton Conference Center to the start location for the field trip. Hard copy hand-outs of the Fact Sheets will not be distributed at the Conference. Therefore, print out your Field Trip Fact Sheet(s) or upload them to your phone to bring to the meeting.

Transportation to start location for each field trip: FNPS will not provide transportation from the Hilton to the field trip start location. You must provide your own transportation or carpool with another field trip participant. A field trip volunteer will meet participants at the Hilton Conference Center to escort the carpool to the field trip start location. You have the option of meeting the field trip volunteer at the Hilton Conference Center or later at the field trip start location. Whova Conference app can be used to find someone to carpool with before the field trip. The start time at the field trip location will be on the Field Trip Fact Sheet.
